The room was charming and cozy, the comfortable bed, and the staff here were very friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was excellent with options like sandwiches and omelettes.

I stayed at this hotel before now and would come here again. Came here for 2 night stay, had a really nice experience. The property had a good and incredible location, about 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The double room I got was complete with 2 double beds and great value for money, as for instance. All of the staff was helpful and excellent.

We were given a nice small room with a private bathroom, two double beds, and open curtains, and the location was great right in the center.

Charming cat and adorable 1-year-old girl added to the overall charm of the place. Delicious banana pancakes for breakfast.

The location, just a short walk from the train station, was very convenient. And despite a minor inconvenience with the wifi, our overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Amazing hospitality from the owner, who went out of his way to pick us up from the train station and even bought medicine for my sick boyfriend. Delicious breakfast with Banana Roti and lots of fruit. Willingness to make guests happy.

We had such a wonderful experience at the budget-friendly hotel in the heart of Ella. The owner was friendly and were great too make us feel at home. He even walked us to the bus stop to ensure we caught the right bus. The central location was perfect, just minutes away from the train station, bus stop, and restaurants. The rooms may have been basic, but the super fast wifi and enormous breakfast more than made up for it. The banana pancakes were a highlight! we highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and great value.

The owner really makes this special! He greeted us at the door on arrival and offered us tea or a coffee. We stayed here to catch a train the next day, and he even let us leave our bags after we checked out. the rooms were nice and clean, and the location is perfect - just a 2-minute walk from the railway station and a 5-minute walk to the center. Lovely stay!

Our room was a bit smelly and not cleaned properly. We found some hair on the mirror and washbasin, and the bathroom was not great.
